REASON FOR LOSS:


This aircraft was shot down by Sergeant P.E.M. Robinson in a Hurricane fighter of No. 56 Squadron during a bomber escort sortie. Enemy aircraft crashed into the ground inverted and burnt out. Manufactured by M.t.t.ag.
Engines: DB 601. Markings: I in yellow. Armament: four MG 17, two 20 mm cannon, one MG 15 aft.

Both Germans that were killed in the crash now rest at the German Military Cemetery at Cannock Chase, Staffordshire, England. Block 1 Graves 168 & 169.
