REASON FOR LOSS:


After night hunting mission whilst landing at Kassel-Rothwesten near Kassel/Wahnhausen the aircraft crashed killing all on board. Uffz. Georg Bolte was taken back to his home town at Rheine for burial in a private grave. Uffz. Lothar Firlus and Uffz. Ernst Manigel were laid to rest at Kassel Hauptfriedhof, grave numbers 57-601 and 568.
